A lot of the code in libvideo/libv4lconvert/tinyjpeg.c is just to convert YUV to various other formats...which is done elsewhere in libv4lconvert (e.g., most of tinyjpeg_decode_planar).
Basically, we should just replace it with calls to other parts of libv4lconvert.
