yamlfix is not idempotent

Hi, running yamlfix 1.16.0 with default configuration once yields different results then running it twice for the following input:

version: "1.0"

test:
  files:

E.g.

$ cat test.yaml

version: "1.0"

#

test:
  files:

$ yamlfix test.yaml 
[+] YamlFix: Fixing files
[+] Fixed test.yaml

$ cat test.yaml

$ yamlfix test.yaml
