The entire bitsetstring contains 6 bits.

I don't current;y have the time to check exactly which of all of them is the tornado but I do know they represent Fire, Tornado, Plaque, Sandstorm, Thunderstorm and Volcano.
I know that either the 2nd/3rd/4th is Sandstorm, Thunderstorm and Tornado but I don't exactly know which is which. I will look into that tomorrow.

I cam on this thread because when I edit any of this and save it my game tells me the file is invalid, even though it displas i like it should in the Load game menu leading me to believe the game CAN read it. I have found a lot of reference to Ubisoft having protected the saves against tampering but I haven;t found any specifics on it.

I have had 4 tornados within one hour wrecking 5 islands so I wanted to turn them off but this seems near impossible...

Any clue as to how to work around this?

for anyone else stumbling upon this issue:

100000 = Volcano      (1st bit)
010000 = Thunderstorm (2nd bit)
001000 = Sandstorm    (3rd bit)
000100 = Tornado      (4th bit)
000010 = Plague       (5th bit)
000001 = Fire         (6th bit)
