When the project is running in the instruction mode of Ubuntu virtual machine, the interface cannot be displayed

I may be misunderstanding, but are you trying to run the program with no desktop manager? If so I believe you will have will to recompile SDL with the correct settings to talk directly to the graphics drivers. This can be done, but it is not something I have done or have any knowledge of.
