I flashed the firmware and everything seems to work (using PPM). When I plugin in the charger (original 42v switching power supply) the board goes on even with the power button not jumped and runs the firmware. The light on the charger remains green and the battery voltage remains the same (36.6v) measured with a voltmeter.
Is the charging software controlled or hardware? What should happen when you plug in the charger?
Another possibly odd thing is when looking at the serial monitor while running off battery at 36.6v it says 0 for #5. This is causing it to shut off right away unless I comment out the poweroff() in the "BEEP AND EMERGENCY POWEROFF" section. But when I plug in the charger the serial monitor says ~1605 for #5.
