s3_fetcher documentation is incorrect in terraform registry

argument reference describes aws_arn as a way to uniquely identify the S3 bucket, then goes on to say not needed if using access/secret keys for authentication, and to create a role in IAM to get the arn. I believe the description is supposed to reference the arn for the ACCESS ROLE, not the arn for the BUCKET
