feature: Day-of-the-week options for kmail/gift/trade tabs

kmail:reverkiller,thursday would be used to kmail reverkiller on thursdays. trade:ssbbhax,sunday would be used to trade ssbbhax on sundays.

You could also add a monthly option, which would presumably just do the 1st of the month. You probably don't want to do kmail:reverkiller,14thOfTheMonth or whatever, that seems bad

Presumably kol day.

This is helpful imo because it lets you "batch" your sends--rever could send me source essence only on Thursdays, meaning that I don't need to send him meat as frequently.

In philter, I typically set up weekly trades as reminders
