Certificate test.pem is invalid

It seems that test.pem got expired.
In local environment I had to download a new set of certificates from https://www.bankid.com/en/utvecklare/test.
I had to convert downloaded file FPTestcert5_20240610.p12 to test.pem with using a password from a Readme.md file (FPTestcert5_20240610.pem cannot be used out of the box since a PEM password will be required).

If you can update this package, please, so composer can pull it to the development environment.

Please provide an PR with the updated cert and we'll make sure to merge it in!
