Thanks Luke for the effort you've put into this. I'm trying to go through the course as an outside participant to get up to speed prior to a neuroimaging postdoc appointment. However, I noticed the course is really setup for students attending at Dartmouth. I can install the dependencies on my own and plan to still attempt to follow along, unless you advise otherwise.
Hi @thor4, you are correct that many of the paths in the notebooks are set up for dartmouth students on our jupyterhub server. However, I've tried to include instructions to install dependencies and download data for everyone else.
I haven't been sharing the videos to the lectures because they aren't very good, but we are planning on trying to record some better ones soon for the first couple of lectures about MR physics and physiology.
Also, feel free to post questions on our accompanying discourse page as you work through everything.

I noticed that the links to lectures in some of the notebooks only point to the slides (example: https://dartbrains.org/content/Intro_to_Neuroimaging.html)
Is this intentional? Are the actual lecture videos somewhere as well?
