比如这个106.53.15.108 其实是属于腾讯云，但是查出来运营商是电信

readme都里说了，这个项目只是用来快速查询的，里面的数据很久都没更新了，你可以手动更新

如果你的访问量不高的话，可以使用这个查询IP及地址，不过需要你自己进行一下正则匹配
