As a user I want to install otomi from chart

Use cases:

A user can install otomi from chart
A user can uninstall otomi from chart

Functional requirements:

• otomi chart install deploys job in Kubernetes, which performs otomi installation

• otomi chart uninstall just removes that job but not deployed otomi containers platform

• job populates values to proper files, by following the rule:

  • data from chart.<chart-name> store in env/charts/<chart-name>.yaml
  • data from cluster store in env/cluster.yaml
  • all other data store in /env/settings.yaml

• job is aware of secret values and populates them into secrets.*.yaml files

Non-functional requirements

• support staging certificates while pushing the values
• job uses new otomi CLI
