[Feature Request] Add metadata for recorded files like what the OS's built-in recorder does

Here's a screenshot of the inspection information from mediainfo, the above one is recorded using macOS's built-recorder (cmd+shift+5), and the below one uses QuickRecorder.

As you can see, the built-in recorder has added 4 more metadata: com.apple.quicktime.make, com.apple.quicktime.model, com.apple.quicktime.software, and com.apple.quicktime.creationdate. For me, com.apple.quicktime.creationdate is essential, because some of my video management tools rely on this to categorize videos from different dates.
