[Bug] Corrupted Output File. Unable to Open.

So, I just started using this and loved the overall product. the best part is that Mac voice isolation can be used with this.
Just a huge problem is the unreliability. I recorded a 45-minute video and the output is unreadable in any player out there i.e. a corrupted output file is created.

Is anyone else facing this issue or any fix for the same?

My settings are:-
.MOV
h.264 + sRGB
Extreme - 320 kbps
AAC

Best video quality as I am just recording screens to create lectures for educational purposes.

Any way I can also retrieve my file somehow? Just recorded a big lecture and the output is corrupted. :(

Going back to Quicktime Recording till then again with Background noise.
