Add APKs to releases

Please add compiled APKs to the releases on Github, if possible. In more detail, I use Obtainium to obtain app updates directly from Github avoiding Google Play Store/Aurora Store/F-Droid. However, as there are no APKs provided, only the source code, I am not able to use Obtainium.

If you are willing to provide APKs, please provide one for Google Play Store and one FOSS for F-Droid as I usually try to use the non-proprietary versions.

Currently the latest version of the app is only available on F-Droid ....
I generally try to avoid using it for security reasons (see : https://privsec.dev/posts/android/f-droid-security-issues/ ).
Also, the Google Play Store build is still outdated and targets a very low SDK (25) :( .

I tried to find an open source alternative to this app, but I couldn't find one.
