Currently, service-port-mappings properties are not read during integration tests.
Arguably, a test involving other services would be more suitable for an end-to-end test.
One possible alternative is to let the integration testkit rely on docker compose. https://java.testcontainers.org/modules/docker_compose/
If the integration tests were based a docker-compose file, it would read any configured service-port-mappings out-of-the-box.
