Replace Deprecated github.com/gogo/protobuf Dependency with google.golang.org/protobuf

The project currently relies on the github.com/gogo/protobuf library, which is no longer actively maintained. The deprecation of this library has been acknowledged in its GitHub repository. As part of modernizing the codebase and avoiding potential security and compatibility risks, I propose replacing gogo/protobuf with google.golang.org/protobuf, the officially supported protobuf library.
