Can HttpPlatformHandler(v2) be imported into a dotnet project as a dependency like iis-node could? I had seen some people use iis-node as a dependency in a dotnet project to customize a lot of the startup and configuration from other sources, but I haven't found anything like that anywhere with HttpPlatformHandler.

I saw mention somewhere that it's basically just middleware, which could be loaded by a dotnet app to customize the startup of the separate process.
But I just dug into the code of the aspnetcore IIS integrations and realized they were probably just confusing the Out-of-process receiving-side middleware .
