clothing info leaking through agnostic mask

@levihsu Given the get_mask_location function used at the time of inferencing, since it uses human parsing the agnostic mask created is of the shape of the models garment beneath it, and because there is some information leaking. Whether there is a better way to create agnostic mask for inference or for training?
