the project tag not semantic

This project tag named with 0.1 ~ 0.10. not conform to semantic norms： <https://semver.org/ >。Then I use the command: go get github.com/levigross/grequests which will always use the commit hash and the master latest code not the release tag code

Can you fix this problem？
