Can you reproduce the result of mAP=74 ?

I have run the script/train.sh by default( lr=7e-4, epoch=30), then test the result of epoch=30, but I didn't get the same result as the author present mAP=70+, mine is only 10+.
I wanna know if there any hyper-parameters I should change?

I have the same bad result,i dont konw why, I followed the paremeters by train.sh and i set batsize=1, lr=0.001,who can help me to improve my experiment.Thanks very much!
