Getting the stamp in the bombers' notebook before the heart piece

When you play the shooting gallery in town or in the southern swamp, if you get the heart piece, it brings up the bombers' notebook to tell you in the middle of the animation for collecting the heart piece.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Get the high score in the town or swamp shooting gallery twice to get the heart piece

I remember that happening on a few Quests actually... bothers me too.
But I doubt a small detail like this will actually be changed (at least by leo).
