Add headline links

Please add an option to make headlines links to itself (or make this a default). This would make it easier to share links instead of needing to pick the id from the page source. Thanks!

I agree with this request! For example the page
https://github.com/torproject/support/blob/master/content/misc/glossary/contents.lr
results on https://support.torproject.org/misc/glossary/

But you can see on the github rendering of the markdown, a link icon on the left when hovering over an article.

Or in https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/community/glossary (this is the trac wiki, the headers are also generated from the markdown headings), Here you see them without hovering.
