shadowsocks with ishadowsocks' config
Download the files, and run Shadowsocks.exe
Every time the program start, it will update gui-config.json from http://www.ishadowsocks.com/, then start the real Shadowsocks client named Ss.exe in this project.
The pac.txt generated by Ss.exe, to determine which websites to visit through shadowsocks.
