The package appears to have been removed from CRAN today. The konfound package I maintain depends on it, but I didn't seem to receive any message:

I submitted a PR. dotwhisker was archived too. 28 packages were removed on April 12: https://dirk.eddelbuettel.com/cranberries/cran/removed/, I don't know how many of these were prediction reverse dependencies (tools::package_dependencies(..., reverse = TRUE) doesn't work when a package is no longer available ...)
