Stacking independently / Modal UI (Priority fix)

Let me know if we need to redesign this component. The designs might be outdated are they were made based on the desktop UI.

@friedger that's a nice idea to show what the user is already stacking. Let add that too. I would just remove the line after as it's not needed since the content is the same.
