AppRating should support simple display logic #12

AppRating should have some built-in logic, when to display dialog.
E.g.:

counter of launch times,
counter of days,
counter of days since installation.
This counters should be easily mixed up:
show dialog after 10 launches or 15 days
Counters should have differentiate for first and next show dialogs events:
show dialog first time after 3 launches or 3 days and show dialog next times after 15 app launches or 10 days.
