I am running the latest alpha version of Structurize for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
I checked the MineColonies/Structurize Wiki or I asked on discord.

Feature description
When building new buildings I have needed to rotate the scan 90 deg horizontally instead of rotate it around the anchor 90 deg. I know this is probably a rare thing that I do, but it would make it a little faster instead of having to create the structure again on its side. I can see where this would be challenging in the fact that some blocks can't be rotated into a horizontal position (e.g. ladders) or wouldn't be in a valid position if rotated. Just an idea I am throwing out there.
