Implement basic connection management

There are a few required steps before consuming or producing messages.
These steps are well documented and we need to provide an implementation to handle this here.

For now, we should skip SASL authentication and focus on version negotiation and connections to multiple brokers.

I have experimented a bit with React PHP but we can also explore the usage of ext-parallel.
