Commercial use for pre-trained models?

Yes. @leviethung2103 We are under the MIT licence.
But I suggest you may re-train the model by yourself, since some models are out-of-the-date.

I am still a little bit confused. All the datasets related to Person-ReID can not be used for commercial product.

If so, does that mean that models trained on these datasets cannot be used for commercial purposes either?

Market dataset seems to have a relatively soft constraints on commercial usage.

Yes. But other datasets are usually not allowed to be used in commercial scenario.
