Remove the "Save" button from the Plugin Config screen

The "Save" button in the header should be removed from this screen if possible

At present, some of the advanced plugin settings aren't autosaved. As such, hiding the save button might require:

1. making these settings autosave as well, and
2. saving all changed settings before opening the plugin screen (perhaps after a prompt, as is done on desktop).
