USB HID Guitar Effects Pedal

I’m working with a Source Audio C4 synth pedal. I’ve seen a library for Teensy that can retrieve the pedal’s 128 possible program/patch names. This is the GitHub:

The pedal uses USB HID. Is it possible for this library to do something similar?
