Bug: Pie shape negative scaling

When scaling a pie shape by a negative value it's not behaving as expected. It's just scaling as if the scale factor is positive.

I am not sure yet whats the actually expected behavior but I assume something like rotating the pie by additional 180° degree if scaled by a negative factor.
