When double clicking on instructions in the procedure view on the left side a popover panels opens.
This panel allows editing the attributes of the instruction. (eg the scale factor of a scale instruction, or the number of iteration of a loop instruction)

The panel gets already displayed but it's behavior has yet to be implemented.
