Alert the user when navigating a version that is not latest #23

When browsing the docs (or navigating from external pages) you often end up in a version that's not latest. It'd be good to have some sort of alert (e.g. footer a la akka docs) alerting the user.

This is partially mitigated since Ordina's indexing now takes version and programming language into consideration so it's harder to go from Java-1.2 to Scala-1.3, but external links and external indexing are still an issue.
