Issue with PKNX: Evolutions and Typings Not Saving or Applying In-Game

I’m experiencing this issue where it seems like the evolutions file or typings file isn’t saving properly. Since those doesnt pop up ingame. I’ve edited evolutions, typings, and learnsets, but the only thing that actually changes in the game is the learnsets.

When I check Noctowl (the Pokémon I edited), everything looks correct in PKNX: the Ice/Flying typing and other changes are there. However, when I look in the saved folder, all I see are these files:

romfs\bin\archive\field\resident/data_table.gfpak
romfs\bin\pml\waza_oboe/waza_oboe_total.bin
romfs\bin\pml\personal/personal_total.bin
If I press "Save" again in PKNX, the "Date Modified" timestamp in Windows doesn’t change either.

when i relocate the same folder and then delete the previouis 1000ABF... folder and then edit a evolution for example miltank to torkoal and save, and then save again it shows up but if i have already a abf it sometimes doesnt save or what i can see doesnt add the evolution file in the romfs
