As part of graduation we are expected to present a project update to TAG-Runtime.
Assigning Fabian as discussed.
TAG-Runtime meets every first and third Thursday of the month, at 1500 UTC

@fabiand the CNCF template has been updated so that a Domain Technical Review (still referred to by an old name 'General Technical Review' in the template) can sub for this and 3 other criteria in the Eng principles section. I imagine creating that doc will be preferred by the TOC.

Edit: My mistake. We are filling in the General Technical Review
