You have to install JUMAN.

i installed provided packet but didn't worked @nobu-g

i just checked COSEBASE and added jumanpp=False into there so command and option doesn't require.
i just have question that what is the user of command and option params?

Have you made sure that jumann or jumanpp command is available on your shell?
Try to run:

$ which juman

or

$ which jumanpp

By the way, JUMAN is an old tool and we recommend you to use jumanpp.
