Import/Export external drive games

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have external usb drives and network drives. I've manually imported these custom games on one OS
But would not like to re-import them on other PC's and OS's

Describe the solution you'd like
An import/export (drive) option for a subset of games that can point to the same external drives.
This way I can move my external drives about and have them work. Maybe even have the import db & images
hosted on the external/network drive itself so that I can point to the folder and it'll point to it's own games list.
