  1. Do I have the background to take this class?

Students in this class should have successfully completed a computer programming course or have experience with computer programming. Students should be familiar with concepts such as arrays, loops, conditionals, and functions. These concepts will be reviewed, but will not be taught from scratch, so it is essential that students are already familiar with them. For students who have no programming experience, it is recommended that you take CSI 501 Introduction to Scientific Computing prior to taking this course.

  1. Can I have the link to audit or sit in on this class?

This class is accessible to George Mason University students who are registered for this course. The link to attend the class cannot be provided to anyone who is not registered.

If you wish to audit this class, you will need to follow the instructions from the registrar's office .
