ECDSA signatures of the broadcaster

The broadcast should be signed so a receiver who knows the correct public key of transmitter may validate the contents. This makes over-the-air man-in-the-middle harder but also can replace checksums in transactions and blocks.

ECDSA is preferred algorithm because it is already used in bitcoin and also it would be neat if you may send donations to the station by just knowing its Station ID. :-)
