the kubefirst reset cli command is broken. kubefirst reset is intended to be a command that can be run which will reset your localhost to a state where you can kubefirst <cloud> create or kubefirst launch up again. the command behavior however is too careful to keep certain things, and ends up leaving content behind. there is no need to keep any local content when kubefirst reset is run. it should do two things:

  • remove the ~/.k1 directory including all content and logs. everything everything everything.
  • remove or reset the ~/.kubefirst file
