[Completely changed the original question as the new server is already in action and no answers so far anyways for the obsolete questions]

Our Server:
AMD Ryzen™ 7 PRO 8700GE
64 GB DDR5 ECC
2 x 512 GB (Gen 4), NVMe SSD

We use the 0.5.0 jar with the "ready to run" package offered by Ionvia and Graphhopper:

Users searching all over the world, but ordered by frequency/importance: Germany, Austria, Poland, Italy, rest of Europe, New Zealand, Australia, USA and then rest of the world (But that accounts for < 1% of searches)

Now the question:
Which Xmx value would be a good one? Anyone experience with a comparable setup and requirement?
