Rotate 2D reduces dimensions #499

If a n-dimensional image (n > 2) is rotated with Rotate 2D all dimensions which are not selected are reduced by 1.

Example:
Input dimensions: [3,3,3] (Names: [X,Y,Z])
Selected dimensions in Rotate 2D: [X,Y]
Output dimensions: [3,3,2] (Names: [X,Y,Z])
