The problem

Ich habe bei mir in einer App das Dynamische Runden mit einer Dezimalstelle konfiguriert:

In diesem Beispiel sehe ich aber öfters eine scrollende Anzeige von 10.0kW. Erwarten würde ich eine nicht scrollende Ausgabe von entweder 10kW oder 9.9kW. Ich sehe auch meist das korrekt gerundete Ergebnis, es scheint aber einen sehr schmalen Wertebereich zu geben, wo das eben nicht klappt.
