Reset lifecycle rule of org-kiwix-zimfarm-artifacts once upstream issue is fixed

In #291, I've set a lifecycle rule deleting objects after 30 days in the bucket.

This should have been set to 1 day, and the fact that it is indeed 30 days is managed by the Zimfarm.

The Zimfarm is however not set any expiration on objects at all for the moment. This is tracked in openzim/zimfarm#1035

Once this issue is fixed, we must modify the lifecycle run to set an expiration at 1 day.

This issue is a reminder to not forget about it.
