A good example is the Sodium Percarbonate article in English Wikipedia. Some equations are transformed, but not the first one on the page. I think it's because the filter for the \displaystyle macro is not catching the statement there. Needs debugging. The workaround is to toggle the setting to use SVG equations instead.
