Consider adding active content warning for zimit2 archives loaded in the UWP app

Given that any active content that generates URLs will not benefit from wombat rewriting, we may need to warn users that some active content may not work (like videos currently, see #551).

We can decide if this is necessary after we've tested a wider range of zimit2 ZIMs.
