Tutorial: revisit usage tutorial

It would be useful to provide the full catalog for instance (see https://groups.google.com/forum/?#!msg/killbilling-users/COSc963WG8w/xpLM1XAwCwAJ.).

@pierre - Can you clarify what you mean by this? Or perhaps Reshma's new Catalog Examples document clears this up?

In the usage tutorial (https://docs.killbill.io/latest/consumable_in_arrear.html), we provide a subset of the catalog ([...] for the sake of simplicity we omitted other catalog sections [...]).

Some users are struggling to put together the missing pieces though (as the post above shows). We should just provide the full XML so that users can follow the tutorial by simply copy/pasting things (without the rest is left as an exercise to the reader 😏).
