Transactional 데코레이터의 테스트 코드가 실행 시간이 깁니다. (File I/O, Sqlite connection 등)
하지만 본 레포의 관심사는 Transactional 데코레이터가 아니므로 이들을 다른 레포에서 별도의 CI로 동작하도록 하고, 본 레포의 테스트 속도를 유지합니다.
