Tried out typedoc, its markdown support is really bad - it's mostly designed for generating Bitbucket wikis and stuff like that. In theory documentation.js should have support for TS now, I've filed a ticket in their issue tracker to figure out why it's failing to parse our code: documentationjs/documentation#1260

I wasn't able to get TS support to work, even in a single ts file repo.

#177 sort of works, it just doesnt generate the new types. Following it up in the docsjs org.
